Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly collaborative Senior Workday Business Systems Analyst with strong HCM expertise. The primary focus of this role will be Workday Application Management, supporting Core HCM, Time Tracking, and Absence Management. The ideal candidate will leverage deep technical and functional knowledge to deliver scalable solutions for a global workforce.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
Hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM, Time Tracking, and Absence Management
Lead Workday application management, enhancements, and production support
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions
Apply strong functional and technical process expertise to design scalable Workday solutions
Support a global workforce with effective system design and optimization
Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
