Automated Testing: Automation tools are used to execute test cases, and ServiceNow offers tools like ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework) for creating and running automated tests. Ensuring Functionality and Compatibility: Testers ensure new features and updates function correctly and are compatible with existing systems. End-User Perspective: Testing is performed from an end-users perspective to ensure the application meets user needs. Defect Identification and Reporting: Testers identify and report defects or issues found during testing. UAT (User Acceptance Testing): Testers participate in UAT to ensure the software meets real-world requirements. Tools and Technologies: ServiceNow Test Management Application: Used to create and manage manual software testing.
