2+ years of substantive experience in civil litigation, including discovery, motion practice, trial, and trial preparation experience.
Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
Represent clients in a wide range of complex labor and employment matters.
Provide strategic counsel to clients on wage & hour class litigation and single plaintiff employment litigation(link removed)>
Collaborate with a large team of experienced attorneys to deliver high-quality legal services.
Develop innovative legal solutions for clients and contribute to a rapidly-growing national practice.
