LABOR & EMPLOYMENT ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

Location: San Francisco, CA



Our client, a prominent law firm recognized in the 2024 edition of Best Law Firms , is seeking a highly-motivated Associate Attorney to join their Labor & Employment team in San Francisco(link removed) This role provides an exciting opportunity to handle a range of sophisticated litigation matters, working on cutting-edge legal issues for interesting clients across multiple industries.



Candidate Profile:


  • JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record(link removed)>



  • Active Bar Admission in California(link removed)>



  • 2+ years of substantive experience in civil litigation, including discovery, motion practice, trial, and trial preparation experience.



  • Background in FEHA, agency complaints, wage & hour, and other employment law issues is highly preferred(link removed)>

  • Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.



  • Desire to be part of a busy national practice, demonstrating initiative and the ability to assume responsibility for matters while collaborating with a team.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Represent clients in a wide range of complex labor and employment matters.




  • Provide strategic counsel to clients on wage & hour class litigation and single plaintiff employment litigation(link removed)>



  • Collaborate with a large team of experienced attorneys to deliver high-quality legal services.




  • Develop innovative legal solutions for clients and contribute to a rapidly-growing national practice.
