Required Qualifications: 4+ years of technical experience in building engineering with a strong background in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment repair and maintenance Experience working in Data Centers/Raised Floor Environment Universal EPA 608 Certification CRAC (Liebert) maintenance and repair experience Licenses as required by authority having jurisdiction 2 years of trades school or documented apprenticeship in relevant craft skills Preferred Qualifications: Expertise in one specific craft area (Electrical, HVAC, Piping/Plumbing, Central Utility Plant Operations, Material Handling Equipment) Familiarity with building automation systems and fire/life safety This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
