Data Engineer I - (ETL Development) Location: Beachwood, OH Shift: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (onsite 4 days a week) As a Penske Data Engineer I you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and organizing the infrastructure that enables Penske to leverage data effectively. Qualifications • BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience (MS degree is a plus) • 8+ years of experience in software development and support • 5+ years of Python or Java development experience • 5+ years of SQL experience (i.e., advanced proficiency) • 3+ years of experience with Snowflake • 5+ years of experience with distributed database environments, schema design, dimensional data modeling, and related database concepts. • 5+ years of Experience in Analytical projects and Data Modeling. • Familiarity with Azure cloud • Experience with or knowledge of Agile Software Development methodologies • Full lifecycle development experience in a large complex transactional processing environment. • Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job. • Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required.
