Competitive Pay: This is an exempt position with a starting pay range from $100,000 to $140,000 per year. Compensation will be based upon qualifications and experience. The role will work onsite five days per week, with the opportunity to transition to Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote) based on performance after six months.
