Job Description This position requires a highly skilled Data & Analytics Engineer to design, build, and maintain a modern, scalable, and secure enterprise data platform. This role, based in Bristol VA, is responsible for establishing the organization's data foundation using Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, and leading visualization technologies including Power BI and Tableau. Implement data governance, metadata management, lineage, and security controls. Business Intelligence & Analytics Develop enterprise dashboards, scorecards, and analytical solutions using Power BI and Tableau. Create scalable semantic models and datasets that support self-service analytics. Optimize visualization performance and user experience. Establish reporting standards, KPIs, and data definitions across business functions. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable analytics solutions. Data Governance & Security Establish best practices for data management, access controls, privacy, and compliance. Define and maintain enterprise data standards and governance frameworks. Implement role-based security and data access policies within Microsoft Fabric and reporting platforms. Support audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
