This Sr. Manager will be responsible for the management of ERP sustainment and improvement activities, covering planning, quality, MRO, procurement, and supply chain functions. Individual will lead a team of business process owners who own an end-to-end process across their functional silos, geographic and business unit boundaries. This leader will coordinate all functions with overall business strategy and be the End-to-End Process leader for operations and supply chain. Responsibilities include: collaborating with cross-functional teams, designing and delivering innovative solutions to align with L3Harris business objectives, ensuring system stability and performance for production systems, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Essential Functions: Collaborate with business stakeholders, corporate IT and managed service support personnel to design, configure, and test the SAP modules related to their areas while providing expert guidance on best practices. Facilitate collection and documentation of business requirements for the SAP modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Support optimization and ongoing support of large SAP system, including system upgrades, enhancements, and new module rollouts. Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications and process flows. Assist with prioritization of issue resolution and enhancements for these SAP, provide guidance to assist with troubleshooting complex issues. Build strong internal & external customer relationships by aligning system solutions to our changing business requirements. Stay current with new technologies, especially within SAP systems, to align technologies with the L3Harris business direction. Ability to travel 10% -20% as needed. Ability to obtain and maintain a US Security Clearance (Secret). Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and minimum 12 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience. Minimum of 9 years of experience in SAP plan to produce, with a proven track record of successful system implementations and support. At least 9 years of experience with SAP Production plan to produce workstream and familiarity with integration points with other SAP modules. Experience analyzing complex business requirements and translating them into effective ERP solutions. Preferred Additional Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Strong presentation skills with the ability to present complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences. Experience with the development of technical solutions to complex problems and driving implementation. Expertise in SAP S/4 HANA/ECC functionality and Configuration. Strong technical background in business operations - tools and processes. Experience working within ERP applications including MRO. Exposure to project management methodologies, including waterfall and Agile. In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is US$139,500.00 MIN - US$259,500.00 MAX. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, Cleveland Ohio, and Vermont is US$121,500.00 MIN - US$225,500.00 MAX. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
