Having worked in a similar position already, you'll be able to consider the possible outcomes/impacts of your decisions while delivering continual service improvements across the business. You'll need a working knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM), and preferably be qualified in Microsoft Technologies. These include Windows, Exchange, Office 365, Cloud Services and Mobile Device Management tools. You should also be proficient with Service Desk operations and systems (e.g. ServiceNow), Amazon Web Services, and the installation, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance of desktop hardware and software.
