The board are very focused on IT and technology All the growth and plans are based on a strong foundation of IT and ERP They have long term plans A real vision and plan You will be part of a cohesive team. You will need to be in the office in Leicester most days. They are very office centric and the IT team are office based, so you will be there to share you experience and build relationships. The office is dynamic and busy and has a real vibe, it is a great place to work.
