The Scrum Master is a servant leader who enables teams to self-organize, self-manage, and deliver via effective Lean-Agile practices. The Desktop Provision Service team build and deploy laptops and provide second line hardware support to mobile devices as a result of incidents. They also build, install and provide second line support for workstations, and other desktop equipment, e.g. thin clients, printers, monitors, peripherals but this role will be primarily focussed on laptop support.
