The Sr. Data Analyst supports Advanced Markets Operations & Service (AMO) by transforming complex operational questions into clear, actionable insights. This role partners cross-functionally to build forecasts, KPI frameworks, dashboards, and reporting that improve operational health, identify trends and root causes, and inform key business decisions. The ideal candidate combines strong analytics and data visualization skills with a consultative approach-owning work end-to-end from requirements and data sourcing through storytelling and executive-ready recommendations.
