We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented technical Lead on our Fire Unit team as part of our Patriot Software Team in Tewksbury, Massachusetts. In this role, you will work closely with software developers, system architects, and product leads to ensure that the solutions we deliver meet our customers' requirements. What You Will Do Collaborate across teams to define requirements and dependencies, including Radar, Command and Control, and Communication teams Collaborate with Program Managers, Chief Engineers, Test Architect, and multiple functions to support the development, implementation and deployment to support the Patriot Program Responsible for developing a team capable of delivering products or being a software concept lead Support program growth through proposal development and the deployment and continuous improvement of people, processes, and tools Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience.
