Customize Dynamics CRM UI and business processes using Power Platform capabilities. Develop plugins, custom workflows, and integrations using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and CRM SDK. Build and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and enterprise/mainframe systems using APIs and Web Services. Implement automated document generation and custom PDF creation solutions. Support integration with on-premises network folders and enterprise systems. Enhance exception handling, monitoring, and troubleshooting processes within Power Automate and Dynamics CRM environments. Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Participate in code reviews, solution design discussions, testing, deployment, and production support activities. Ensure application security, performance optimization, and adherence to enterprise development standards. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related technical discipline. 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and Power Platform development. Strong experience in Banking or Financial Services domain is mandatory. Experience working with lending systems, loan origination, loan servicing, or financial workflow platforms is a strong plus. Hands-on experience with Dynamics CRM customizations using low-code/no-code approaches.
