The position reports to the Manufacturing Operations Manager. Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to: Supervise and motivate a team of operators and leads in a high volume, semiconductor manufacturing environment, to meet daily, weekly and quarterly production goals. Establish a safe and healthy work environment by maintaining and enforcing organization standards, adhering to legal requirements and regulations. Ensure high quality output by managing team attendance, optimizing workload allocation, enforcing procedure and specifications, as well as issue identification and resolution.
