Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. • Active TS/SCI with Poly clearance. Preferred Skillsets: • Ability to quickly understand customer missions and assist in CONOPS development. • Experience with MBSE or digital engineering tools (e.g., Cameo, SysML). • Familiarity with INCOSE standards. • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across engineering teams. Preferred Qualifications. • Broad knowledge of engineering domains such as electrical, mechanical, RF, software, or hardware. • Experience using lab test equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generators). • Familiarity with Agile development approaches. • Ability to clearly present technical concepts to mixed technical and non technical audiences.
