SC CLEARANCE REQUIRED Job Description: IT Infrastructure Support Specialist to work onsite at Sellafield Ltd based in Cumbria. The IT Infrastructure Support Specialist will be working within a dedicated support team at the facility in Sellafield, on a 24/7 365 shift pattern. The support specialist will be key in supporting the facility and the customer with their IT related needs. The Support Specialist will be supporting the customer's servers, networks (and associated hardware) and storage. Good knowledge/experience within these areas is essential, as well as having experience within desktop support services. Each shift team will provide all services as requested by the Team Leaders on site. Undertake any work which is assigned and that will support the facility and the customer. Its very important that the support specialist be able to work effectively as part of the on-site team to always ensure systems continuity. Hours: 4 days or 4 nights 'on' based on a 12.5-hour shift, followed by 6 days 'off' on rotation The successful candidate will receive 2 retention bonus and a 19% shift allowance bonus which is paid every month.
