MBP Solutions is experiencing a period of exciting growth, and we’re moving our ERP system to Business Central. This has created an opportunity for an ERP Administrator, ideally with Business Central experience, to work on our digitisation projects and provide helpdesk support for our growing international business. This role will provide 1st and 2nd line support to the business, as well as working closely with our gold partners to manage any escalated 3rd line support tickets and follow these through to completion. Ideally you will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or previous Navision versions. Change management is a key aspect of the role, and the successful candidate will work with the business and process owners to define requirements, functional test and assist with any acceptance testing. Business Central is our core business system, and this role will be involved with a range of integration projects with third party applications as well as workflow/process development.

Your main tasks will be:
Business Central/Continia/Jet helpdesk function – dealing with internal queries relating to system use and potential bugs, escalating to gold partners when needed.
Working with the business to create functional requirements and user

We are looking for someone with the following essential experience or qualifications (please only apply if you can demonstrate your experience, by providing on the job or education examples):

The Application Support Junior Analyst (Safe & Secure) is responsible for providing functional expertise in our Enterprise Systems including (but not limited to) Health & Safety (AVA), Audits (Audim), Inventory Response (Audim), Customer Check In (Audim), EMMS (QFM) and Mastered Data (Waterford): end-user queries, system changes and enhancements, project initiatives to support system process enhancements, systems training. The role enables the business to fix issues in house and develop our strategic system to enable business processes and support our internal users. What you ll be doing Provide 1st level end-user support for our Enterprise Systems and the business processes they support, working to resolve the issues alongside our key users and 3rd party support partners. Deliver system changes and enhancements to improve business processes and provide the right tools for the job for our key users, working with our Managed Service provider where appropriate. This includes writing and analysis of functional requirements and developing functional solutions. Help manage the SIT & UAT process for system changes and patching, co-ordinating and analysing testing scenarios, executing tests where necessary and supporting our key users through the process. Schedule patches, upgrades and code release in line with business priorities and the team workload. Ensure all support calls and communication are logged within our IT Service Desk tools (ManageEngine / DevOps), respond to support calls within agreed SLA targets in a professional and courteous manner, and escalate calls internally or externally. Creation and maintenance of system documentation, which supports IT and the business requirements. Work to develop into a Functional Systems Analyst, learning on the job from peers and utilising available resources. Manage the Application Support queue in Manage Engine, offering assistance on tickets. Provide expertise in the below areas, sharing knowledge with the users to create robust business processes, and diagnosing and fixing system issues: Master Data (Company & Application), Business Data, User Configuration, Dynamic Forms, Workflow s, Assets & Maintenance Schedules, Auto Allocation & Supplier Mobile Applications. Work on issue themes, identifying root causes and finding solutions to fix the problem working based on an ITIL theory.
