Reporting and Analytics – produce accurate data, reports and performance metrics to aid in event planning, audience profiling and donor, campaign and event analysis.
Financial Reconciliation – support Development Director in gift processing through recording and tracking donations, and reconciling with Finance Department.
Data Privacy Compliance –implement a robust process to ensure Data Protection Law 2018, UK GDPR and PECR regulations are adhered to with regard to all stored data and bulk data migrations.

You will join a small yet very friendly and collaborative team of Business Systems Analysts with a great work ethic where you will be able to grow your technical skills further and gain wider exposure to the business and industry. This is a fantastic time to join my client as they are going through a period of growth with many exciting projects in the pipeline. Key responsibilities include: Lead a team of Business Systems Analysts, covering: Author / define team's analysis standards, procedures and best practices. Peer review of analysis outputs ensuring they can move on to next stage in SDLC. Mentor team members, fostering professional growth, and encouraging best practices. Take a leading role in estimating, prioritising, planning and coordinating of analysis activities Support the Head of Enterprise Application Architecture as the acting Scrum Master, covering: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, i.e., daily stand-ups, sprint planning, review and retrospective. Creating and maintain project timelines, monitoring progress against project goals. Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team's progress. Form strong business partnerships with the Business, and Business Excellence to understand the business process / business requirements. Required skills/ experience: 5+ years' experience in Business Systems Analysis in the Specialty Insurance Industry. Line management experience. Project Management experience. Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies. Documenting Use Cases, System Requirement specs, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria. Process analysis, data mapping and data analytical skills using SQL and Excel.
