Work with the CTO to build out remote engineering teams which will be responsible for the future growth of the business. Present ideas on how to increase financial and marketing efficiency, improve performance across the stack, increase business process automation. Responsibilities: Active participation in technical architectural design Providing informed technical insights for delivering complex projects Improve and uphold code quality through code reviews and pair programming Support business growth About you: You should already have +2 years commercial experience of the following: Agile TDD IaC CI/CD Proven track record making architectural design decisions.
