Surrey Wellbeing Partnership (SWP) is a formal joint venture of local and national charities of various sizes with a common goal: to work with children and young people in the community to improve wellbeing and mental health. HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? The Data Process Support Assistant has responsibility for processing of the minimum data set (MHMDS) and partner data to create routine reporting. Enabling metrics and performance analytics to be measured and monitored. This will predominantly include activity, quality, outcome, and safeguarding data. The role also supports the ability to interrogate data and to work with the Contract Performance Manager and SWP team to undertake analysis across all data sets. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Collect data routinely from partners (activity, quality, finance, outcomes, safeguarding and case studies) as automated data collection develops, the role purpose will develop towards interrogating and analysis of the data sets to provide improved information into SWP. Collate external data flows (e.g MHSDS (Mental Health Services Data Set) and undertake internal analysis and reporting of what the minimum data sets are saying. Process and submit the minimum data set (MHMDS) and partner data to create routine reporting to enable performance analysis that supports the Contract Performance Manager and Finance Manager to manage contract delivery against agreed metrics and improve joint working with partners. Collate external reports that can be used at MindWorks committees on behalf of SWP. Carry out all activities in accordance with our Data Protection and Retention policies and procedures and in line with Data Protection and GDPR legislation • Assist the Contract performance manager in DPO duties and data analysis as required. HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US? By demonstrating skills and knowledge in these essential areas Demonstrable experience in working with different and complex data sets, ideally within the charity and public sector (e.g. NHS and Local Government) Prior experience of working within a charity sector and the public sector e.g. NHS and Local Government Good experience of working with data bases and templates for collection and reporting of data Thorough knowledge of collecting, processing and storing data in accordance with appropriate Data Protection and retention policies, procedures and legislation Experience of working with partners/stakeholders to ensure organisation activities are completed as required, in scope and on budget/time. Power BI or Access database skills would be beneficial HOW DO WE KEEP YOU SMILING?
