Technical Lead with experience in leadership of Mobile Development projects required by expanding SaaS provider to work in a remote or hybrid capacity (London/Glasgow). Their native mobile apps are currently being migrated from Xamarin to Kotlin and Swift. You will play a key part in this by leading the small team of Mobile Developersworking with the Agile Product team. This will include: Organising and prioritising the teams day-to-day activities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products updates. Ensure the team is adhering to best practices in mobile application development including code quality, performance and security. Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to help engineers in the team develop their skills. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate into technical requirements. Your skills and experience You will have worked in an Agile product team leading mobile application projects and Engineers. Solid understanding of iOS and Android mobile platforms, including languages tools and frameworks. This will include: - Kotlin, Swift, Xamarin, Flutter or React Native.
