Vibrance Self-Directed Support Services provide information, advice and guidance, payroll and managed account services to enable people to have choice and control over how their health and social care needs are met.

Who we are looking for...

We are looking for an organised and outgoing person to be the first point of contact for our East Sussex Service based in Lewes. You will promote Direct Payments, support people to responsibly recruit and employ their own staff and lead on the local coordination of our online Personal Assistant Register (LinkMeUp).

You will be required to work in partnership with service users, personal assistants, local authorities, and other voluntary sector organisations to support the successful delivery of the Personalisation agenda in East Sussex.

To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, as well as strong organisational skills and the ability to work with accuracy and to deadlines. Personal and/or professional experience of supporting disabled children and adults, and older people is desirable. Due to the nature of the role, driver with access to own car is essential.
