As an Internal Sales Consultant / Telemarketer you will be responsible for generating qualified leads and setting up appointments for new business sales teams to increase income and presence through outbound B2B cold calling.

We are looking for someone who has a passion for sales and for generating new business with excellent planning and organisational skills. Experience in the following would be desirable but not essential:
· Telemarketing/telesales experience
· Experience in IT Software
· Experience of Marketing Automation software such as Hubspot, Marketo etc
Main duties and responsibilities will include:
Lead Generation
· Book high quality, fully qualified appointments for the field sales team
· Outbound cold-calling/telemarketing to existing or prospect customers
· Monitor call rates and lead generation results documenting everything in the CRM
· Answer internal calls in response to campaigns or on-line requests
· To produce consultancy documentation in line with company procedures
Marketing and Research
· Assist with promotional material and campaigns
· Research and highlight decision-makers within target companies
· Carry out market research via cold calling to find out products and services are currently being used
