We have a great opportunity for an experienced MS Dynamics 365 developer with strong analytic skills looking to work for a leading property management provider starting ASAP, paying up to £55,000 per annum! This role will be a hybrid position allowing the candidate flexibility to work remotely whilst also having an office base! The purpose of the CRM Analyst Developer will be to deliver solutions which are fully aligned with the organisation's enterprise architecture and road maps, are fit for purpose from an information security management perspective, and meet delivery, quality and cost requirements and expectations. MS Dynamic 365 Developer Responsibilities: *To gain a full understanding of the business applications and solutions supported and developed by the CRM Delivery Team. *To assist in delivering an on-going programme of solutions design and delivery work to support the goals, objectives, and business change agendas of the organisation. *To make a full contribution throughout the life-cycle of solutions supported, from design through build, test, and transition into operational running, as well as the support of production applications and services. *To design, document, and code application components for solutions in scope, including but not limited to database structures and data flow, business logic and functionality, presentation layer and User Interface, integration and work flow, web services, messaging, and testing. *To design, build and configure solutions which are fully aligned with the organisation's enterprise architecture and road-maps, are fit for purpose from an information security management perspective, and meet delivery, quality and cost requirements and expectations. *To translate high level business requirements and functional specifications for business solutions into detailed technical designs and specifications, which meet both functional and non-functional requirements. *To develop business solutions in line with the organisation's software development standards (covering design, development, configuration, and delivery) to guarantee robust and supportable solutions. Role Requirements: *Solid, multi-organisation experience in applications solutions development/delivery. *A passion for and track record in implementing best practice in solutions development & delivery. *A sound understanding and knowledge of application development and solutions design and delivery, with the emphasis on development, testing and transition into operations. *Knowledge of professional software development best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and service operations. *Experience of working with in-house development teams, 3rd party application developers and solution providers. *Experience of Agile and Kanban development methodologies and working in scrum teams. *Knowledge of change and incident management process and help desk applications. *An aptitude for attention to detail and the ability to maintain effective control over many tasks in parallel. *Team player with a passion for technology, best practice and skilled in working within a collaborative environment and across matrix-ed teams in projects.
