2nd Line Support Analyst - Hemel Hempstead - £30,000

A successful IT solutions organisation are seeking an experienced 2nd Line Support Analyst to join their established team.

You will be involved in fixing technical faults, carrying out service requests and answering queries. You will fulfil a key role in maintaining normal IT service for the company's clients as efficiently as possible.

You will need to have experience with the following technologies:

- Windows XP, Windows 7
- Office 2007, 2010, 2013
- Active Directory administration
- Microsoft Exchange administration
- Networking

It is expected that you will hold at least one Microsoft qualification such as MCP, MCTS or other relevant IT qualification such as CompTIA A+ Essentials, CompTIA A+ Practical Application, Cisco CCNA or equivalent. The successful candidate will be assisted in continuing their skills development through a combination of self-study, company provided training and external courses.

Excellent interpersonal skills are essential as you will be supporting users via phone, remote control and occasional site visits.

This is a permanent position offering a basic salary of up to £30,000 per annum, dependent on skills and experience.
