* Experience of Social Media campaigns using Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn
* Excellent communication skills, written and oral, with the ability to translate data into commercial actionable plans and present to Senior Management Teams.
* Experience of analysing complex data and large data volumes.
* Knowledge and application of best practice customer insight principles.
* A demonstrable background in online web analyst research.
* A proven track record of identifying business growth opportunities using data analysis.
* Knowledge of Advanced MS Excel and VBA programming.
* Experience of web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics (GA), IBM Tealeaf, Spring Metrics
