Demonstrable experience of working with multiple teams, supporting project managers in planning and reporting activities, service readiness, and providing guidance and support to live service teams. Excellent communications skills with multiple stakeholders, able to take ownership and responsibility and make quick decisions. Able to communicate calmly and concisely with the Customer.
