Key Responsibilities Deliver expert 3rd line support and manage infrastructure projects, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues. Design, install, and configure virtualisation technologies, including VMWare and Hyper-V, to optimise their IT environment. Utilise PowerShell scripting to automate tasks, enhancing system efficiency and reliability. Manage Active Directory and Azure AD integration, maintaining robust security and seamless connectivity. Oversee Cisco switching and routing, ensuring optimal network performance and reliability. Implement and manage Veeam Backup and Replication solutions, safeguarding their data integrity. Maintain and upgrade HP/Dell server hardware, ensuring high performance and reliability. Manage data storage solutions (SAN/NAS), optimising data accessibility and security. Uphold network and information security protocols (IPSEC/SSL/Kerberos), ensuring a secure IT environment. Leverage IaaS and PaaS services (Azure) to drive innovation and efficiency in their IT operations. What You'll Bring A minimum of 2 years' experience in 3rd line infrastructure support and project delivery. Proficiency in virtualisation technologies (VMWare, Hyper-V), PowerShell scripting, and Windows Server administration. In-depth knowledge of Active Directory and Azure AD integration, Cisco networking, and Veeam backup solutions. Experience with HP/Dell server hardware and data storage technologies (SAN/NAS).
