Interface Assist project teams in BIM project setup, project work modelling and detailing. Assist/create Revit families in response to project needs, where applicable. Create project schedules with content. Help resolve BIM design issues. Manage and distribute coordinated digital documents to the project team. Coordinate necessary hardware upgrades with IT. Communicate with subcontractors to receive, coordinate and update all electronic models. Link BIM to the project construction phase for submittals, construction models (including 4D, where required), construction drawings and schedules. What you will have Past demonstrable experience in managing BIM environments for other developers or in a consultancy role for large scale, ideally residential-led projects. Fully conversant with Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud and knowledge of ASite would be advantageous. Knowledge of general rendering software and 3DS Max would also be advantageous. Introduction The BIM Manager's role is to manage and communicate how BIM will affect project workflows, deliverables and project management throughout Dandara Living's portfolio right through from RIBA 1 to 7.
