AWS / Cloud / DevOps Engineers, Edinburgh!
This award winning, fast growing software company is looking for a talented AWS / Cloud / DevOps Engineer with experience of a cloud focused environment (any of: AWS, DigitalOcean, Google Cloud, Rackspace, Microsoft Azure) to join either their growing Glasgow or Edinburgh teams and are offering a generous relocation allowance for the very best talent.

As part of the role you will build, deploy, manage and maintain systems on cloud services as well as guide application deployment as an active member of the development team. Further to this, you will work within development scrums to provide operational consultancy on infrastructure and also recommend technology optimisations and process improvements.
The successful DevOps Engineer must have the following skills and experience:
● Experience using one of the following; AWS (Amazon Web Services), DigitalOcean, Google Cloud, Rackspace, Microsoft Azure
● Experience working in Linux systems administration and networking.
● Chef or Puppet configuration management tools (for maintaining the consistency of their systems performance).
● Solid knowledge of Python or Ruby or similar scripting.
Desirable skills include
● Securing PCI compliant or similar financially sensitive servers.
● MySql and/or PostgreSQL configuration, replication, sharding and high availability setup.
● Degree educated.
