Acting as a single point of contact for all users Responsible for logging IT, E-mail, and telephony queries into Incident Management System (Service Now). Identify priority calls and highlight potential problems to make sure that we constantly achieve tight SLA's and KPI's. To complete all work within ITIL framework Continuously improve the efficiency and quality of the service where necessary, manage calls through to resolution ensuring the customer and call system are updated and escalation procedures are complied with. Your experience will include: Good 1 st line service desk/helpdesk experience Background in Service Desk, Customer Service or Service Management environments. Good understanding/experience of active directory, Microsoft Office 2007/2010 (Word ,Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) Experience of using service management tool for incident, problem and change management Good understanding of support hardware- PCs/Printers/Laptops/Scanners/Routers/VOIP Ideally experience of using Service Now, Remedy, Heat, RMS or similar call logging system Strong aptitude for technical concepts. Ability to communicate with all levels of the organisation. Uses own initiative. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, written and verbal. Flexible to new technologies. Ability to work under pressure. Very good organisational skills and attention to detail. Smart and presentable. Ability to work effectively as a member of a team. Excellent timekeeper. Ideally have an understanding of ITIL and / or ITIL certified Ideally have knowledge of SCCM /Application Deployment and/or Citrix Ideally also have knowledge of mobile device management Willing to undergo security checks if successful What's in it for you?
