An exciting opportunity has arisen in our team in London for a Senior Desktop Support Analyst to help deliver excellent, customer-focussed 1st and 2nd line support for IT requests, incidents and queries directed to the Senior Desktop Service Desk as well as project support, such as Office 365, Windows 10 and hardware rollouts.
We are looking for someone with proven experience of providing successful 1st and 2nd line IT support of mobile devices (iPads and iPhones), desk side hardware and software which includes Microsoft products, Citrix and LANDesk. You will have demonstrable customer service skills and be a team player who understands the importance of sharing information and support team members and communicate effectively across the team and with customers.
