IT Manager

We are looking for a hands-on IT Manager who has proven experience of implementing new technologies. Technology is at the forefront of our business and we are keen to speak with people who have a real passion for technology and can illustrate a drive to play an integral role within the business.

Reporting to the finance director, the IT Manager will be responsible for implementing an established IT strategy whilst leading a small team to ensure high levels of service for our colleagues. Ideally you will have experience of working for a law firm, but this is not essential.

The successful candidate is likely to have had a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position with excellent people-management skills and will be able to demonstrate that they are able to communicate and work with senior figures within the business.

Experience

• Previous experience of managing a small IT team
• Engaging with third party support partners and project delivery teams to ensure systems are up to date and performing at an optimal level
• Demonstrable experience in implementing new technologies
• Demonstratable experience of managing, Microsoft Servers, VMWare environments, Veeam and Cisco solutions.
• Office 365 solutions experience including SharePoint would also be highly desirable as would experience of working with iManage.
