Salesforce Administrator / Project Manager
Location: Billericay
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (Negotiable)
Hours: 9.00 - 17.30 Monday to Friday
My client, a rapidly growing, dynamic business in the Logistics sector are looking to recruit a Salesforce CRM Expert to be the go-to person for everything CRM related in the business.
The successful candidate will help with the implementation of our client's new CRM system Salesforce. This role will include everything from initial project planning and liaison with developers, through to everyday user setup and support, ongoing training and all administration of the CRM system.
* You will be the go-to person for all Salesforce administration and user support activities
* You will be expected to build strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout the business, and understand business processes
* Gather business requirements and create user stories
* Design, build and deploy new Salesforce functionality, to improve company processes. Using Process Builder and Flow
* Act as the Salesforce champion
* Provide end-user training to the UK based team
* Work with the Senior management team to monitor, improve and maintain user adoption
* Be the point of contact to the Salesforce implementation partner for on-going transformation work
Key requirements:
* 2+ years Salesforce Administration experience
* Salesforce ADM201 Certified (advantageous)
* Excellent Salesforce customisation and configuration skills
* Experienced working with stakeholder to gather requirements and map processes
* Strong communication and relationship building skills
* Experience implementing Salesforce (advantageous)
