Westward is a non-profit making organisation and one of the largest developing housing groups in the area.
We have an exciting opportunity for an IS Support Officer based at our head office, Templar House, Newton Abbot. You will provide support to over 350 staff based at multiple locations throughout Devon and Cornwall for a wide range of IT and business systems.
You will work as part of a busy team to provide 1st line IS support to Westward staff on computer, business software and telephony systems liaising with 3rd party suppliers where necessary. The work is varied, interesting and demanding and will include basic network fault finding, maintenance and issue of equipment and ensuring system security is maintained.
You will have an analytical mind and experience of delivering excellent customer service to a broad range of users. Experience of using Microsoft applications in an enterprise environment would be desirable.
