A degree in Graphic Design, or similar professional qualification.
At least three years' experience in a graphic design role (either agency or in-house).
Expert in Adobe Creative Suite.
Meticulous attention to detail - a solid foundation in graphic design principles.
Substantial experience of branding - originating and working to brand guidelines.
The ability to think creatively and strategically to develop effective and exciting multi-channel communication campaigns.
Well-honed organisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively, work to strict, yet varying deadlines and think on your feet.
Experience of designing across a range of platforms.Desirable Skills:
Any additional working knowledge of HTML, CSS and WordPress would be desirable, but not essential.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS • Word perfect spoken and written English essential • Trained to degree level • Outstanding design and technical skills • Comprehensive knowledge and experience of CSS, HTML5 and Java Script – particularly the design and build of websites, landing pages and HTML emails. Advanced knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics a must. • Wordpress expert • Hosting, domain names and email accounts using third party domain registers e.g. GoDaddy, TSO hosting • Twitter bootstrap framework • Email delivery systems, e.g. MailChimp • Experience of responsive design, designing for mobile and tablet devices, as well as apps • Mac expert proficient in all Adobe Creative Suite packages: Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, Acrobat and InDesign are essential • Microsoft office (PowerPoint; Word; Excel) • Motion graphics experience is desirable: animated gifs, After Effects, Flash
