What will you be doing?

We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst who will provide strategic business analysis services to partners across the charity.  You will work closely with the Human Resources department and key stakeholders to on on the implementation of a new HR system.  

You will need to gain an in-depth understanding of the HR strategy, processes, services and the context in which the charity operates. You will be vital to to understanding and documenting the process and system changes required to adopting a new market leading HR system. 

As Business Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing assigned business processes from end-to-end to identify, address operational and technological risks and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.

You will be able to demonstrate up-to-date expertise in Human Resource Information Systems and apply this knowledge effectively.

 What makes you the ideal candidate? 

  • Considerable experience managing a HR Cloud System Implementation project throughout the project lifecycle
  • Experience implementing pay roll implementations and integrations
  • Experience of managing projects including controlling tasks, risks, plans, change, budgets, communications
  • Analyse and evaluate business requirements, using your expertise to optimise the value that IT can bring to the business and deliver to a high standard
  • Use confidence and creative thinking to drive for clarity, common understanding and agreement among your colleagues
  • Considerable experience liaising and communicating effectively with business stakeholders on project risks, progress and milestones
  • Considerable experience of Business Analysis within the IT industry
  • Considerable experience of articulating business problems and translating into functional specifications
  • Working with internal and external suppliers to translate functional specifications into technical specifications
  • Excellent communication skills and your ability to listen to and understand business teams across various departments
  • Proven ability to effectively work as part of a team

Salary

Up to £45,000 dependent on experience + £3,000 LWA + benefits
