IT Support Specialist (Level 1)

NSF International has an exciting opportunity for an IT Support Specialist (Level 1) to join our team based in Long Hanborough. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and will receive a competitive salary. We have a fantastic opportunity to join our busy IT team in Long Hanborough as an IT Support Specialist (Level 1) to provide help desk and client level 1 & 2 support for our business units in EMEA and APAC regions. The role of IT Support Specialist (Level 1) will be to provide front line support to the business users for the client and software issues. Monitor the Help Desk support tickets and address each issue as per the set protocol Ensure all tickets, emails and calls are answered in a timely manner and follow up on each issue to closure. Deliver a high level of customer service to all users and continuous communication. To be a strong candidate for the IT Support Specialist (Level 1) role, you will ideally have a HNC or Degree in information systems or a related area of study, have experience working in a helpdesk or application support environment and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
