Helpdesk Support Analyst - Hertfordshire - up to £18,000 + Benefits A 1st Line Helpdesk Support Analyst is required by a company based in Hertfordshire. You will be taking the IT related call and solving the problem if possible by providing 1st line support or escalating to 2nd line support. You will be working within a team environment for a growing organisation. Working on the central Service Desk you will be contributing to the reduction of incidents experienced by users. Ideally you will have previous experience working within a Helpdesk / Service Desk environment with knowledge of Windows XP/7/8.
