You will make decisions about high-level architecture and work with a team of Developers and UI designers to make your shared vision a reality. The Role Responsibilities • Create innovative, refined, maintainable solutions that are to a high professional standard • Take ownership of tasks and work collaboratively with other team members • Working closely with the Head of Development, and UI / UX designers to improve the look and feel of our cloud based ecommerce administration software, whilst designing, implementing and testing cutting-edge, industry-leading features • Provide technical documentation • Work closely with Project Managers / Key Stakeholders providing estimates / feedback and updates through the development cycle • Work closely with the QA team to deliver quality software • Making occasional edits to the existing administration area to add one-off features for existing merchants Essentials Skills & Experience With a minimum of 4+ years in software development and: • NET development experience on web based applications, including advanced knowledge of C#, (url removed) • HTML5, CSS3, XML • Understanding of JavaScript / jQuery • SQL Server • Relational database structures and principles • GIT source control system • Agile software development methodologies • MVC / MVVM ((url removed) MVC) • Web Services – REST, SOAP • Understanding of responsive web development Desirable Skills & Experience • Unit testing frameworks • Twitter Bootstrap / Foundation • PhoneGap • js • Mobile Technologies • Service orientated architecture • SaaS / LESS • Developing SaaS ecommerce shopping carts Sound like your ideal role?
