Software Engineering Team Lead – Salary Circa £45k Are you an experienced Team Lead within Software engineering environment? Do you have experience working with Agile Principals? Responsibilities of the Software Engineering Team Lead: •Responsible for maintaining and expanding the current software as well as working to drive forward new products and developments •Leadership of a team that are located both within the Poole offices as well as externally and will be responsible for leading the continuing progress of a number of existing large deployments and on-going developments •Manage external pressures and demands on software development and work closely with other team leaders and departments you will ensure the structured and coordinated planning of your team’s development •Management of a team of highly skilled developers •Managing the delivery of multiple simultaneous software development projects from design through to release •Capable of understanding and contributing to the technical solution from a design through code level Personal attributes of the Software Engineering Team Lead: •Experience of people management and the ability to lead and influence others •Proven experience in leading and managing the delivery of system/software development projects •Programming for Real Time Systems •Familiar with using Source Control and bug auditing packages, ideally Microsoft Team Foundation Server •Experience with working on Windows Embedded systems •Ability to write clear and concise documentation and to be able to work from and meet a written specification •5+ years experience in Object Oriented Design and Programming and knowledge of design patterns •5+ years experience specifically with C# Programming using the Visual Studio 2005/2008 Environment What’s in it for you? •Excellent salary circa £45K depending on experience •Free parking •Pension Contributions •Life Assurance •25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays •Friendly/sociable working environment •Hours are 09:00 till 17:30 Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week) •Permanent Position
