IT Support Officer

We are looking for an IT Support Officer to provide first-line support for our ICT systems, which cover internet, telecommunications, tills and point of sale, intranet, digital display and computer and printer infrastructure. Hours will be flexible between 32 and 40 per week, to cover any out of hours support or overtime.

You will need good basic knowledge of IT networks and systems, excellent work ethic and initiative, good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work flexible hours when needed. You will have specialist support for our ticketing, point-of-sale and room booking systems but must be able to provide initial assistance to users.
