Technical Business Analyst / Product Owner (API Design)

3 x Tech BA / Product Owner - £500/D initial 12 month contract I am looking for 3 x Technical Business Analysts / Product owners to work on a multi team / multi-site programme in an Agile / Scrum environment on a middleware integration platform. The successful applicants will be responsible for: * API Design * Working in a SOA enviroment * Working with the Lead BA and numerous product owners to create road map for the customers declaration programme * Worked with a variety of stakeholders (both internal and external) product owners, Lead BA, ESB delivery lead and Architects to create and prioritise backlog items * Arranging and presiding over workshops with a variety of stakeholders to create process maps * Running backlog review sessions to review and refine backlogs * Attending sprint planning sessions * Participating in sprint retrospectives * Reviewing APIs in demo and made a go/no go decision * Development of API specification documents * Developing schemas (REST APIs - JSON schema using XML SPY, SOAP APIs - XSD using XML SPY and WSDL using ECLIPSE) * Creation of XML/JSON examples for field structure scenarios * Triage defects raised by programme test team * Worked with Lead BA to assist in business end to end demos * Review and approve test cases created by test specialists To be considered for this role you must: * Have experience of working in a Scrum / Agile / Iterative development environment * Experience of working to Test Driven Development (TDD) Methodology * Experience of working on API design * Be able to commit to the full 2 years of the programme * Be able to work on site 5 days a week If you have demonstrable experience in the desired areas and are able to start a new role within a month then please send your CV for immediate consideration.
