The Mission As an Infrastructure Engineer , you will join the team and contribute to the development and support of the Internal IT Infrastructure, end-user devices and associated services. You'll be exposed to a wide range of IT application systems ranging from Windows, Linux and Mac Support to the Office 365 suite, encryption, and mobile device management. You will be involved in a range of projects, including cloud migrations, automation of services and building upon the cyber security structure of the platform. Responsibilities include: Manage Microsoft Intune for all devices and application deployment Maintain the IT Asset registers and software licenses. Migrations from On-prem into AWS or Azure Enhancing the security stance of the business's platform Automation of services by introducing new tools Maintain the Windows Server environment (AD, DNS, GPO). Maintain the backup and antivirus software solutions. Support of a mobile device management solution (MDM). Linux Server OS support and maintenance. Support VPN, networking, and firewall configurations. Documentation and playbook creation About You This role is perfect for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer who has worked in a similar environment and is self-motivated, ambitious and has an elevated level of professionalism. You should possess the following experience and technical skills: Experience supporting a Linux environment Experience with cloud migrations and supporting virtualised environments Office 365 and Intune suite to an administrative level Experience working within an ISO27001 & SOC compliant business Windows Server Support and Domain management.
