As a Service Management Solution Architect, you will:
  • Overall solutioning including pricing strategy & delivery model
  • Lead programmes of work that deliver Service Management solutions & strategies
  • Translate complex business problems into robust solutions
  • Develop & deliver presentations which resonate with senior client stakeholders
  • Create high quality, client facing assets targeting Service Management solutions
  • Develop & design roadmaps, implement strategies & transformation plans
  • Scrutinise existing client environments & recommend solutions that enable a to-be vision
  • Identify for additional opportunities within clients, using wider Accenture offerings
  • Lead & contribute to RFP & case development


Job Qualifications

We are looking for experience in the following skills:
  • Expertise in architecting solutions in Service Management offerings such as; ITSM and SIAM frameworks, Service Mgmt maturity, process design, workflow simulation, performance improvements and helping to define key roles and responsibilities as part of target operating model design, service management tooling, and service catalogue design
  • ITIL V3 certifications as a minimum (V3 expert & V4 certifications preferable)
  • Are bold, digitally minded, and can successfully combine technical understanding and eye for business to provide compelling client solutions
  • Strong Architecture skills and experience leading architecture teams
  • Strong client-facing communication, and relationship building skills
  • Wider complimentary skills such as AWS, Google, Azure, ServiceNow certs and SRE are desirable but not compulsory

  • Understanding & experience of the challenges associated with managing & delivering Service Management implementations across the project life cycle
  • Broader understanding/skills in how Service Management fits into a broader cloud-enabled enterprise such as broader cloud technologies, Digital Workplace, cloud networks, infrastructure outsource etc.
  • Knowledge of operational, support & security challenges associated with taking a client on a journey to the Cloud utilising an "As a Service" model
  • Evidence of personal development and a track record of success/progression
