Job Description

My client is a market leader and they are currently seeking a MS CRM Technical Lead Consultant to assist a number of their projects. This is an initial 6 month project based from their office in North Essex.

Required Skills:

*Experience of deploying quality updates / releases with appropriate training, knowledge share and documentation for stakeholders;
*Experience owning processes covering all elements needed to build, test and deploy a release package into operational environments;
*Experience implementing, practicing and improving processes and functions in a technical environment;
*Skilled in stakeholder liaison for an IT service;
*Skilled in meeting Service Level Agreement targets, adhering to contractual requirements, as well as stakeholder expectations, invoking escalation procedures where necessary;
*Experience producing statistics to manage volumes and trends in a technical environment, as well as 'value add' solutions based upon the output;
*Experience of deployment of MSCRM, BizTalk and SharePoint applications, server builds and configuration, SAN, Firewall and network configuration;
*Experience of performing data drops into development and test environments and management of clustered service environments.
*Excellent written and oral communications skills are essential.

Qualification & Knowledge:

*Good class degree in Computing / Information Technology (e.g. BSc, minimum 2:1) or equivalent;
*Good working knowledge of agile software development and test-driven development methodologies;
*Strong working knowledge of the MSCRM 2015, BizTalk 2013 and SharePoint 2013
*Good working knowledge of version control methods and software such as Team Foundation Server;
*Knowledge of configuration management and change control documents and procedures
