* Operation of a help desk facility for users throughout the business by providing desktop and hardware support
* Resolving IT Support issues, aiming to resolve as many calls as possible as first point of contact
* To escalate calls internally and with third parties
* Responding to “How do I..” queries
* Liaise with our NAV consultant and developer to assist in our upcoming projects
* Develop and implement new IT systems into the business
* Training and coaching of IT systems
* Define and implement IT policies, procedures and best practices
* Ensure daily back-ups are taken on and off site
* Work closely with the management team to identify, develop, implement and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the business
