Job Description

Applications Support Analyst - £34K - Required strong in support to core corporate functions (HR, Legal, Finance, Pensions), dealing with high call volumes, with excellent customer service and root cause diagnostic skills to work for my client in London. To apply for the role you must have: *Proven experience working in 1st and 2nd line support *Support of ITIL processes (incident, request, change and problem management) *Experience of dealing with high call volumes * Experience in root cause analysis with a strong emphasis on customer service * Experience in SQL, HTML and web applications is desirable Please note candidates will need to have the technical capability to work alongside other support staff such as web developers, applications team and 3rd parties.
