PMO Analyst - £50K - required with experience supporting a PMO office on a large IT transformational programme in addition to possessing excellent presentation skills and use of Prince2 and MS project to join my established client in London. To apply you will have experience in:
*Change control, risk management and programme planning and providing status reports for senior management and stakeholders
*Demonstrate integrity, teamwork, respect, professionalism and pride in their work
*Excellent interpersonal, collaborative and communication skills - strong communicator with stakeholders at all levels
*Excellent attention to detail, particularly with written word
*Good planning and organisation skills and demonstrating an ability to deliver to deadlines
*Either some understanding of Information Technology and its application to business issues or a desire to learn more about IT
*Ensure status reporting is generated by project managers in line with the programme reporting deadlines, thereby ensuring accurate and timely consolidated reporting.
*Generate high quality programme status reports, ensuring an appropriate level of detail for the various Committees and Stakeholders
*Attend project closure meetings, reviewing closure reports to ensure all Lessons Learnt are identified & actioned
